Abstract

|
When incasive cervical cancer is found after simple hysterectomy, it may be treated by radiotherapy or by reoperation with radical excision of parametrium, cardinal ligament, vaginal stump and pelvic node dissection.
A case of radical reoperation of women found to have inacasive cervical cancer following inadvertent simple hysterectomy is reported with a brief review of literature.
